Come on Beaudry, whats going on? What happened to the amenities? You really need to re-open the restaurant and store, frozen food in vending machines just doesn't cut-it in a resort of your quality and standing!! This is a great park, very clean and tidy. Fantastic large pet run where the dogs can run free. We have stayed here several times and would still recommend the park. However seems that times are changing and what used to be a near 10 is now a 6 in our book.

If you are looking for amenities, then one of the other campgrounds in Williams would be better for you. However, if you are looking for a peaceful environment with lots of space between you and your neighbors then this is the place. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful even as far as bringing firewood up to the site for us. We travel in a 45ft motorhome and although the Forest Service web-site lists a 35ft length limit there were several sites that would accomodate us. No facilities so load up the water tank, run the generator as necessary and enjoy. We arrived on a thursday, and managed to get a site, first come first served, and stayed over a very busy weekend when the campground was full. However because of the layout and our site location we did not realize how busy it was. If it sounds appealing you may want to give it a shot and if you cannot get in there are several other campgrounds in Williams that will probably have spaces available.

If you are looking for the usual resort type facilities then this is not for you. However if you like peace and quiet in a beautiful setting with lots of space between sites then you are close to perfection here. Great campground, hiking, biking, relaxing with wonderful mountain views. It doesn't get much better! Huge sites, paved pads are pull thru or back-in, 50 amp service and water. No sewer but dump site was convenient and clean. Only slight down side, as a desert environment it can be a little dusty. We stayed 5 nights over Christmas in a 45ft motor home. Kudos to the State of Arizona for a great park.
